Keolu Hills is a great neighborhood in Kailua, near Enchanted Lake. Homes in the area range from plantation-style cottages to executive homes with sweeping views of the ocean and/or Enchanted Lake.
Home Shoppe Hawaii recently helped find and closed on a Keolu Hills Kailua home for some of our delightful VA buyers. This prime piece of Keolu Hills Kailua real estate was a 4/3 home, with 3/2 in the main part of the house and 1/1 as a mother-in-law suite, that could be used for guests or even as a rental. Great homes at this price point, particularly those than meet VA Loan requirements, can be hard to find in Kailua.
