Kalama Tract in Kailua is a nice area of Kailua homes for sale, closer to the beach, located between an area just makai of Kainalu Drive (Kalama/Coconut Grove Neighborhood) and bordered slightly makai of N. Kalaheo Drive (Beachside Neighborhood). Though, the Northwest section of the neighborhood, past Uilama street, is bounded closer to Maluniu street on the West. Pukoa St and Wilikoki bound the area to the North and the Southeast section crosses Kuulei Road.

The Kailua homes for sale in Kalama Tract are generally older, many dating from the late 30’s, 40s, and 50’s, some are plantation cottage style with post & pier consruction and some slab with hollow tile construction, but there are also lots of newly remodeled Kailua homes for sale. The lot size in Kalama Tract is mostly 10,000 sq ft and larger, but some have been divided. Prices generally go from $1.1M up to $2.0M, with most being around the $1.1M-$1.6M range, though occasionally, there may be bargains/fixers under $1M.
