Kukilakila is a nice condominium (actually a PUD) development in Kailua, off of Keolu Drive, on the Northwest side (Mauka side) of the loop. Attached Townhomes in Kukilakilath were built in 1973-74 and many have great views of Kaelepulu Pond (aka Enchanted Lake), where it is located.

Fee simple properties range from about $550K to $850K, depending upon size and other features. Units typically come in 3 sizes: 931 sq ft (2/1 or 2), 1380 sq ft (3/2), and 1625 sq ft (3 or 4/2 or 3), though I have seen lanais enclosed to add square footage. These are double-wall construction.
