Kailua Real Estate | Country Club Knoll Neighborhood - 2012 Sold Homes

Kailua’s Country Club Knoll neighborhood is a very desirable upscale neighborhood and homes rarely come up for sale. Country Club Knoll had only two sales in 2012 one of those was sold before it was listed in the MLS. The other was just on the market for 9 days. Kailua’s Country Club Knolls had a list to sales price percentage of 100% and average sale price of $1,068,750. This is a beautiful private & quiet neighborhood. Some homes in Country Club Knoll have great views of the Mid-Pacific Country Club Golf Course and this area of Kailua Real Estate is also quite near Kailua Beach. Photo Courtesy of HICentral MLS.
