Ka Malanai - New Condos in Kailua - Buildings 7 and 8

Today, I visited Ka Malanai with a client who put down a deposit for a new condomimum home in Kailua. Yay! Home Shoppe Hawaii is proud to say we have assisted many buyers with their purchase in this new Kailua condominium development. Ka Malanai is the first new condo building in Kailua in over 20 years. Ka Malanai is also on the VA list (VA financing is approved). The floor plans of these new Kailua condominiums are great and there are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom models from which to choose. The prices for 1 BR at Ka Malanai start in the low 600’s. 3 BR are in the upper 800 and 900’s, which is less than the median price of a single-family home in Kailua.

All Ka Malanai units feature beautiful finishes and upgrades, central air conditioning, and are single-level, with elevators in each building. No other Kailua condominium offers these features. 2 and 3 BR units also offer two deeded parking spaces. Kitchens and bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. The hallways are wide. These new Kailua condos feel more like a single-family home than a condominium. The Kailua location also cannot be beat, just a short distance from Kailua Beach and in the center of Kailua Town. They are over 75% owner-occupied, but also make a great investment.

3 BR - Living Room, Floor Plan B

Buildings 1-6 have completely sold out. There are very occasional resales in these buildings. Building 7 was released in November 2016 and Building 8 was released early this month. They are currently under construction, to be finished in July or August 2017. There is still some time to choose your own finishes. With sales of only a few months, out of these 60 new Ka Malanai units (buildings 7 and 8), only 20 remain. Hurry and act quickly, if you are interested in Ka Malanai, because these are going fast. There are still a few of each floor plan available, as of this writing.
